TYZ® UHMWPE（HMPE） fiber have a high strength, low density，durable， offering an extremely high tensile strength that is up to eight times higher than steel on a weight for-weight basis. The Specific Energy Absorption is the highest once the area density is same with the other fiber materials. It is one of the best materials for ballistic application due to its unique properties.

 

The main raw material of TYZ ® Cutting resistance fabric is the patented UHMWPE fiber developed and produced by TYZ company, which has a variety of specifications and colors

The linear density is from 33dtex to 2640dtex, and the fineness of monofilament is from 0.95d to 2.2d, The thinnest with a 0.95d per monofilament is unable to achieved by domestic competitors.

 

The fishing line made by TYZ® UHMWPE fiber/ HMPE fiber will be have an extremely high strength, high modulus, low density , high abrasion resistance, aging resistance, UV-resistance,water resistance and corrosion etc. TYZ® HMPE fiber also can be used for braiding a variety of type and diameter fishing line, or combined with other synthetic fiber materials for different kinds of fishing line.
