The linear density is from 33dtex to 2640dtex, and the fineness of monofilament is from 0.95d to 2.2d, The thinnest with a 0.95d per monofilament is unable to achieved by domestic competitors.
TYZ have bee succeed in launched dope-dyed colored HMPE fiber with same strength as natural white color fiber , stable color fastness and extremely high UV-resistance performance . The colored HMPE fiber also can be woven into cutting resistance fabric providing a widely color and design options for the fabric.
The main material of the fabric is the patented UHMWPE fiber independently developed and produced by the company. The products have passed ISO 9001-2008 quality management system certification, GJB9001b-2009 quality management system certification for weapons and equipment, and GBT28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system certification. At the same time, this fabric has passed GB18401-2010 national textile basic safety technical specification
